Great Dane will be serving an eye-watering Strawberry and Watermelon Cake – a twist on the traditional Swedish strawberry cake traditionally served during Midsummer or special birthday celebrations. The cake consists of two layers of almond dacquoise, rose scented cream and watermelon, and is topped with strawberries, pistachios and dried rose petals. Drinks will also be provided!
