An Architect with 25 years plus experience in understanding the importance of talent and what they bring to a studio or organisation. Sue has worked with international leaders across the design vertical in adding to cultures and teams. Qualifying as an HBDI practitioner has given her deeper insight into the mental and emotional mechanics of these teams. Setting up Global Design Citizens in early 2022 she has realised that now more than ever before the employee experience is paramount and her background and skill set coupled with a stable of rockstars can only compliment the recruiting in the design industry on it’s current trajectory.
