Tim began his career in the UK as a Mechanical Production Engineer, leading the engineering team within one of the largest European manufacturing facilities of Japanese giants Denso. He also spent some years with Alcatel Lucent, developing the technology to power their fibre optics submarine networks.
Just prior to the Sydney Olympics Tim emigrated to Sydney with his now wife and started his career in property. Working for Lend Lease as a Project Manager and then starting a new Project Management business for CBRE in Hong Kong Tim has been delivering commercial projects across Asia Pacific now for over 20 years. Now as Head of Property and Facilities for the Sydney Catholic Schools Tim is lucky enough to finally be, the owner, developer and occupier.
